We did it!

Hurray! We finally finished the floor, our 2 month project :-/
We got all the remaining pieces of tile ripped up.

Aaron set up shop on our front lanai. He did some pretty tricky cutting using a circular saw instead of a table saw.

What a relief! We were slowly inching our way across the room from the living room to the kitchen, so the kitchen side has been plywood for a long time. Now I can walk over there without cringing every time I step on the rough floor.

Half of Joanna's room was unfinished, we got that done and put boxes on it to weigh it down.

We even got the last little spot done outside our bathroom door. I feels so good to walk around everywhere on nice smooth bamboo. The last while almost half the main living area was unfinished floor. Now that the floor is all the same the room feels so much bigger. Now I can have our dining room table delivered. Ahhh, loverly. :)
There are still piles of construction stuff in the middle of the room, when that's organized I'll post some better photos.


Next up is the kitchen counter tops!
